What is LQA?

LQA stands for Leading Quality Assurance. The Leading Hotels of the World established its product and service standards through Leading Quality Assurance, a company that conducts anonymous property inspections for the world’s most prestigious hospitality organizations. The detailed point system is designed to cover all phases of the guest experience, from making a reservation to checking out, including every aspect of the property itself from reception, to the back of the house, and food and beverage department.

How to notice LQA inspectors

3. They can be a couple or a family.

4. They always look at wristwatch to reckoning time of service.

5. They always ask you a lot of questions to check your product knowledge.

6. Their nationality is generally American.

7. They mostly join all special activities in the hotel, for example, special dinner program, island trip, and  a sunrise breakfast.
