As you know, working in food and beverage department is
directly related to selling products apart from service processes. The comprehension of
what you are selling is truly significant. You might be asked by LQA inspectors
to evaluate your product knowledge. For this reason, you must basically
understand and remember some products you would like to present to guests.

your product knowledge
To remember all beverage in a short
time is difficult. You can however remember just one product of each types. The
point is you should have enough detail to persuade guests to buy what you
recommend.
Importantly, you must know types the
unique wine produced by the name of Six Senses Yao Noi. They are 2018
Chenin
Blanc white wine, Six senses Yao Noi, 2018 Syrah Rose wine, Six Senses Yao Noi,
and 2015 Syrah, Caberbet Sauvignon, Six Senses Yao Noi.

wine, you can choose one of these and try to introduce prominent points to
convince guests to interest in your products.

spicy tuna with Thai herbs. The another one is Neua Yang Jim Jaew, Thai seared
beef slices. It is very perfect to be your starter.
Guest: Interesting Can I have both?
You: Certainly, how level of spicy would you like to order?
* Remember that whenever guests order some Thai spicy food, you
must ask them the level of spicy all the time
